1:1 Three 1-Hour Sessions
This 60-minute Gentle Yoga class is designed to help you move, stretch, and unwind at a comfortable pace. The session focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall well-being through slow, mindful movement and guided breathing.
Each class begins with a short check-in and grounding breathwork to help you settle in. You’ll then move through a series of simple yoga poses and gentle flows designed to release tension, build strength, and increase mobility without strain. Clear guidance and modifications are offered throughout so you can work at your own level. The class ends with calming stretches and a short relaxation to help you leave feeling refreshed and centered.
This class is ideal for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking for a slower, supportive yoga practice that helps reduce stress and improve how the body feels in everyday life.
