1:1 Chair Yoga on Zoom – 1 Hour
A gentle, full-body yoga class designed to be done from a chair. This 60-minute session focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, posture, and relaxation through simple movements, guided breathing, and light stretching.
The class includes a brief check-in, a guided warm-up, seated and standing (optional) movements using the chair for support, and a calming cool-down. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and connected to your body.
